Become a Grit Coach…

To all our Grit supporters,

The pandemic has forced us to do different, to find new solutions so we can continue to do what we do best: turn lives around. In our new Virtual Coaches project we are training 70 coaches to work with young people.

We will help young people navigate their current challenges: rebuild their sense of belonging and their support network, re-engage with education, enable them to focus on their future and take their next steps.

Being a Virtual Coach is a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills and make a real difference to young people. It’s never been more important.

How can you help?

Become a coach –You’ll receive full training (online) in the Grit coaching approach and will be matched with a young person who needs your support right now. You’ll be coaching weekly for around three months.

For details on dates of training and the role click on the link. If you can’t make the dates, don’t worry. We’ll be scheduling more soon.

Help us spread the word – share this link with your friends, family and work colleagues. Digital coaching means it doesn’t matter where you are so please get the word out as far and wide as you can.

For any questions about this programme please don't reply to this email but instead get in touch with  Claire@grit.org.uk or  07787 296195

Together we can change the lives of so many more young people.

Thank you as always for your support.
