Dawn Warwick is a social care specialist, with 17 years’ director-level experience of leading services for adults and children, with a focus on improvement programmes and service transformation.

She started her career as a Research Assistant with the World Health Organisation, and subsequently qualified as a Social Worker in 1983.

Currently an Executive Coach working in both public and private sectors, Dawn is also part of the Kingston University Student Mentoring programme, Beyond Barriers, and a trustee of Action for Children.

Dawn joined the Advisory Board in early 2019, having successfully commissioned Grit to provide group coaching for managers to support the attitudinal and behaviour changes to achieve service transformation. Having had first-hand experience of the positive impact of Grit’s work, she is keen to support the further development of the organisation.
