Our personal development programmes - tried and tested over the last 25 years - use intensive group workshops coupled with individual coaching to create breakthroughs, in the way you see yourself and in the way you see the world.

Grit challenges your assumptions, your attitudes, your expectations. It uncovers the limitations in your mind-set, your doubts and your fears.

With Grit, you take the lead, we don't instruct, we don’t teach, we don’t advise.

We create a safe space to listen, speak and engage. It allows you to see new choices, generate the commitment to really make things happen, recognise the contribution you can make - to yourself, to others, to your community or organisation.

And we bring unmatched expertise and systematic rigour. Most of our facilitators have been transforming mindsets and creating new possibilities for more than 10 years.
