Our Trainers

Our training team is a highly experienced, diverse and committed group of individuals. They are based across the UK and overseas and have dedicated many years to the organisation. Backgrounds include social work, psychotherapy, executive coaching, youth work and teaching, with many of the trainers highly experienced in working within the corporate world.

All of our trainers spend many nights away from home and have the opportunity to work with varying teams, partnerships and clients. Getting them all together is always a joy, not only are they an integral part of the family, they are also the noisiest group of people in Grit.
